This document governs the contractual relationship between you and Diet Seimbang. By accessing our platform or purchasing our meal kit service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these documented standards.

User Eligibility
To utilize our healthy meal delivery services, you must be at least 18 years of age and reside within our designated Indonesian service zones. When creating an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your identification.
Diet Seimbang reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion if we suspect unauthorized or fraudulent activity. All information provided during registration must be accurate and current to ensure the precision of your calorie-controlled set meals.
Order Fulfillment
Scheduling & Logistics
Orders for our balanced daily menu must be placed within our specified lead times to ensure ingredient freshness. We deliver primarily to residential and commercial addresses in Semarang and surrounding areas. It is your responsibility to provide a secure location for delivery.
Quality & Storage
Upon delivery, risk of loss and title for the food items pass to you. Our meals are fresh and temperature-sensitive. You must refrigerate all items immediately upon receipt at or below 4°C to maintain the integrity of our diet menu with delivery.
Billing Cycles
When you order healthy meals through our subscription plans, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method at the intervals specified during checkout. All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Modifications
Changes to your meal plan or delivery schedule must be confirmed 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery.
Cancellations
Subscriptions may be paused or cancelled at any time through your dashboard, provided the 48-hour cut-off window is respected.
Usage Rights
The content on dietseimbang.id—including text, graphics, logos, and formulations—is the property of Diet Seimbang and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright laws. Any unauthorized use of our branding or copyrighted materials is strictly prohibited.
Diet Seimbang provides information regarding calorie-controlled set meals for informational purposes only. We do not provide medical advice. Our platform and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any express or implied representations of outcome.
By using our service, you agree to indemnify and hold Diet Seimbang harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the site or your violation of these terms. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
